Breaking Bread Devotional

In 2026, Tara is releasing her second devotional, “Breaking Bread,” all about deepening our communion with God and each other. Tara teamed up with a group of women who contributed both written word and art to create a resource that will bless women in every walk of life.

Good God

Tara wrote this song in a matter of days as she felt led to express God’s goodness in a season of walking through hardship and grief, while also experiencing God’s goodness in a whole new way. The lesson is that when we find ourselves holding the tension of both, we become even more dependent on the Lord.

Daughters Magazine

Tara had the privilege of writing for the summer 2025 edition of Daughter’s Magazine. Her piece, titled “Worthy,” focused on the true meaning of being a Daughter of the King.

In the Wait

This song is Tara’s first ever single. Written in 2018, this song was originally inspired by a friend who was walking through a long and difficult seasons of infertility. Throughout the process of writing this song, it became evident that it’s for anyone who has been in the middle of their miracle.

Just a Closer Walk with Thee-Single

In the spring of 2025, Tara released her third single, “Just a Closer Walk with Thee,” as a nod to her deep love of traditional music. Her and producer Kurtis Parks co-wrote a new bridge for the song to elevate it’s timeless and important message.

The Nehemiah 9 Project

In spring of 2024, Tara created this short read + activities centered around worship and lent. This can be done alone or with a group. Either way, it’s a great practice in seeing how we worship and remember God’s goodness from a new and fresh perspectice.
